Great home cooked meals, really love the weekend Birria de Res. They take pride in their food and the hand made tortillas as delicious. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a warm delicious mexican plate.

Fantastic food. This is the only Mexican restaurant in town we go to any more. The fresh tortillas are amazing. Super friendly service and the owner/cook is the sweetest lady you ever met. Hidden gem I wish I would have found years ago.

Highly recommend this food! Service and all was great but the food!!!!! oh lord i felt like i was back home i could not stop eating nor my family my 8yr old nephew had the Posole and never have i seen him leave his plate completely empty! The Owner and cook, Miss Juana went above and beyond for my family and i due to us staying in KENT WA she hand made us MASA FOR TAMALES so we can bring some back home!! i will definitly make the drive back just for these loving staff and place. Gracias !

This place may have "tamales" in its name, but Mexican food aficionados need to try the goat tacos and the chicken and pork mole. Incredibly authentic and good Michoacan style Mexican food.

Great food! Charging an extra dollar for the $11 menudo though, so it comes to be nearly $14 after tax. Great but pretty high prices.

The best tamales you have ever eaten. Try the birria de res with fresh hand-made tortillas. As good as or better than in Cocula!!

There are many very good Mexican restaurants in Wenatchee, but Dona Juanas is my wife and my favorite. The service is always welcoming and attentive. There's a great variety of very tasty food--including legendary tamales. Authentic, home-style, delicious!

Love the foood

I like this food. Good tamales but you need to seriously block out time to go there. EVERY TIME we go there it takes so long to get your order. Today we waited 35 minutes before I asked what the status was and they said they had no idea what time they would be done. And that there were other people in front of us... But... That was total a lie. Everyone else in there (and its a small place) has their orders. Take some ownership of your behind and tell us. Sadly. I'll take me TIME some other place.

The service was amazing and everything was delicious. I will definitely be going back anytime I am in the mood for authentic homemade Mexican food.

Best Birria I've had north of Southern California (and maybe even the border). Holy cow. Tamales are perfect, too. Service impeccable. What more do you need?

Not much waiting time and the food taste great!

Went to this place for breakfast after a wedding in Wenatchee. Had an amazing authentic breakfast that reminded me of when I was growing up in Texas. The tacos were fantastic and so we're the tamales. The rest of our group raved about the chilaquiles. The dining room is small and quiet but could easily accommodate our large group.

Fantastic food! Everything is delicious. I recommend the carné en su jugo.

Great food. Tamales are delicious. They warn that they are made spicy. I like spicy food so I didn’t actually notice any heat but a friend of ours said it was too hot for her to eat. I would recommend and all their portion sizes felt generous. Family friendly environment. Not greasy, the tamales seemed like they were steamed. Also have salsa bar and pineapple, strawberry and coconut desert tamales. Worth a try!

First time eating here and this place is as authentic as authentic can be. Definitely, a great place to eat authentic Mexican food and service was friendly as well. I'm going to be in town 5 days and hopefully can stop by at least one more time.

Oh man!! This place is a total GEM!! My carne asada tacos were amazing!! Strawberry Tamales were to die for!! If you want the Real Deal authentic Mexican food then this is a MUST!! I wished I lived nearby!!
